You have the choice of using either USPS or UPS. There are advantages and disadvantageous to both. UPS are more reliable, comes with tracking numbers and cheaper with heavier items. USPS are faster and cheaper with light weight items, but tends to be less reliable and doesn’t come with a tracking number, but rather a order confirmation number which doesn’t track the status of your package.
